Your MoldSafe policy covers certain issues that may arise due to mold following your home inspection. SewerGard covers certain issues that may occur with your main sewer line and water supply pipes after your home inspection. (This is only if we performed a Radon Test for the home) Your Radon Protection Plan covers your home for radon that was lower than 4.0 Pci/L on the radon test and if you think this is inaccurate and another test comes back higher than 4.0 PCi/L we will cover a radon mitigation system to be installed.
