Shea Homes is building 66 luxury homes at the Ritz-Carlton development in Paradise Valley. The luxury homes will feature ranch-style layouts and a modern style that blends the indoors and outdoors. Homes will range from 3,800 to 6,700 square feet. Ken Peterson, Shea Homes Vice President of Sales and Marketing, said the homes were designed for people who wanted to downsize, but retain the luxuries of a large home. “A lot of these buyers are downsizing from larger homes,” Peterson said. “We still wanted to replicate the livability of a home that’s much larger.”
The community is situated within walking distance to 25 restaurants and the Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley which is slated to open in late 2018. Prices will start around $2 million.
Five star amenities buyers won’t want to pass up is the option of a 10 car garage, an elevator in every home and a room for seasonal wardrobes.
