Residents also have access to community amenities including swimming, fitness, tennis and pickleball. Nearby, the McDowell Sonoran Preserve provides access to miles of desert trails, while Loop 101 connects DC Ranch with other parts of Scottsdale and the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Golf is also part of the DC Ranch landscape. The Country Club at DC Ranch is located within the community, while Silverleaf and its private club are located within the larger DC Ranch area.
It isn’t any one amenity.
