Earnest deposit was received by the title company
Inspections at your new home have been scheduled
Send inspection reports to Patty
Prepare to meet contractual timelines
If applicable, negotiate repairs
Make sure all repairs agreed upon are completed by the seller prior to 3 calendar days before the close of escrow and if applicable, the seller provides repair receipts
Make sure the seller fills out the ‘Information for the Buyers’ form that provides you helpful information about your new home **sent it but did not receive a response**
Schedule your final walk through at your new home (usually within 3 days prior to the close of escrow).
Make sure the title company scheduled an appointment for you to sign the loan documents.
Notify you when the home sale has recorded with the county recorder’s office
Send Tax Summary Report to Jim
Provide you the keys to your new home
Congratulate you on the purchase of your new home – All your hard work has paid off!
