The community of Agritopia in Gilbert, Arizona is an agriculture-focused town-within-a-town with hundreds of homes, a school, a senior living center and several niche restaurants and businesses. Coming soon to Agritopia is a 20 acre downtown district called Epicenter. Epicenter will consist of four five-story buildings featuring luxury apartments, locally owned dining options, and boutique retailers. Construction will begin this Fall and open in early 2019.
