Improvements for the Waste Management Phoenix Open in 2018

The Waste Management Phoenix Open is planning new spectator improvements as construction for the 2018 tournament begins this week. Among the new improvements will be the Cove, debuting at the 17th hole. The Cove will have 26 to 30 sky boxes, two bar area and a play area with ping pong and other games. Adjacent to the Cove, a new section of general admission bleacher seating for 700 fans will be added. The Bay Club at the 17th will add 16 luxury suites, bringing the total to 50. The intent is to create a more fun environment at 17th and help with the over-crowding at the 16th hole.

The 2018 tournament will run from January 29 to February 4.
