Inspection Selection Form

We use the companies listed below for inspections on a regular basis and can schedule the inspections you have selected on your behalf (Your selections can be made using the form at the bottom of the page). Please contact me immediately if you have a different company you would like to use for any of the inspections. If you have questions about pricing, please contact the individual companies.

General Home Inspections

  • A donation is made to veteran and first responder charities for each inspection completed
  • Although Veteran Inspection Services inspections include the roof, HVAC, and windows, we recommend having additional inspections conducted for those items because they cannot provide estimates
  • Veteran Inspection Services offers some add-on services, but cannot provide estimates, so we recommend using specialty companies for certain items
