Landlord Information Form

Please fill out the following information so I can help you find a qualified tenant for your rental.

  • Terms of Lease

  • A vacation rental is the renting of a furnished home on a temporary basis.
    Usually the utilities are in the tenant's name
  • If applicable, make sure to include what your HOA pays for. Sometimes they pay for water, garbage collection, sewer, etc.
  • If you are paying for any of the utilities, please advise if you want the amount you pay to be capped and what the maximum amount is you will pay. Anything over the cap will be the responsibility of the tenant.
  • Check your coverage with your insurance company when renting your home.

  • Payment Required for Tenant

    Earnest money will be made payable and delivered to Arizona Best to be used to pay commission. If there is any money owed to Arizona Best, the landlord will submit payment. If there is any money owed to the landlord, Arizona Best will issue a check to the landlord.
  • Earnest money is non-refundable. If application is accepted, it is applied to the first month's rent. I normally suggest the earnest money be between $500-1000.
  • The security deposit is usually the same amount as the monthly rent and is usually refundable. The security deposit will be held by you.
    *Service animals are required to be allowed by law.
  • Deposit will be held by you.
    Usually non-refundable. Cleaning deposit will be held by you.

  • Information Required from the Tenant

    I recommend you ask the tenant to submit their credit report with their lease application. They can pull their credit report for free.
    Most do not ask for this. If yes, you will need to order yourself.

  • Move in Move Out form
