Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport’s satisfaction score among “mega airports” was tied for the third-highest in North America, according to J.D. Power.
On a 1,000-point scale, Sky Harbor scored a 765, which was tied with McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas for the third-highest score behind McCarran International Airport (767) and Orlando International Airport (778). The average score for a mega airport was 746.
The report included descriptions of some of J.D. Power’s findings, which mentioned Sky Harbor by name for its use of animals to help passengers. Phoenix Sky Harbor deploys a team of therapy dogs for passengers to pet or play with while they wait to board at no charge.
