Colleen was referred to us by a family member. She showed us the best ‘coffee moments’ from each home she showed. It was challenging searching for homes from another state without being able to see them in person but Colleen had a great eye for what we liked and didn’t like. She was very knowledgeable about what areas would suit our needs, house orientation for the desired sun exposure, home quality and navigating through the purchase process.
