Colleen was always there for me which really made me feel secure in my purchase. I had not been in Phoenix area for 30 years and much had changed since my last stay. Colleen guided me to which areas to look and gave me advice on the different features to ask about. Colleen’s years of experience and tenacity really made a difference. She insisted on inspections and made sure all points were addressed before I closed.
