Market your home including featuring your home on hundreds of syndicated websites
Announce and conduct Open Houses
Provide you with weekly Evaluation of Marketing Results
Find a buyer to Say Yes to this Address!
Negotiate offer(s) on your home
Earnest money received – escrow has been opened
Prepare to meet contractual timelines
Verify buyers’ financial qualifications
Provide you with regular updates on the status of buyer’s loan
Coordinate buyers home inspection
Set up file to ask for weekly status on buyer’s loan status
Evaluate and respond to buyers repair request
Coordinate repairs agreed upon in negotiations
Provide information on comparable homes to the appraiser.
Notify you of the results of the appraisal. We will not know what the home appraised for – just if it appraised for the purchase price or not.
Verify all contingencies have been met (appraisal, repair request agreed upon, etc)
Make sure you fill out the ‘Information for the Buyers‘ form that provides helpful information about your home to the buyers
If applicable, remind you to send the receipts for repairs agreed upon.
